Chimuken Test
Evaluate the load-bearing capacity of the lubricant! Determine the maximum load without seizure.
We would like to introduce the "Timken Test," a lubrication oil testing analysis conducted by our company. This test evaluates the load-carrying capacity of lubricating oil. Lubricating oil is flowed into the contact area between a fixed block (steel piece) and a rotating ring (steel ring), a load is applied, and after a certain period, the condition of the friction surface of the block is examined.
